I’ve known Lauren as a trainer and horse care professional for several years. Her number one priority is the health and happiness of her horses and clients. She is willing to work with anyone that is serious about improving their skills as a horseman in and out of the saddle. Lauren is open to new ideas and continues to educate herself by studying other professionals, and incorporates the tools of their methods into her own program. Lauren understands the fundamentals of huntseat riding and instills the basics in each of her students so they have the confidence to move on to the next level.
I trust that Lauren will recognize when I need a challenge to push me outside of my comfort zone, which increases my self confidence. I also trust that everything Lauren does in her training and management is done with the horse’s
wellbeing in mind.
I have been riding with Lauren since 2012. I have always been impressed by how she cares for my horse as if she was one of her own. In all my time with her, she has always had the well-being of my horse first and foremost in her mind. She has even taken the time and energy to help me find a share boarder who was a good fit for my horse when necessary.
Her teaching style is tailored to you achieving your goals, whether that is excelling in competition or simply having fun. With her by my side, I have accomplished many personal goals that I have set for myself
throughout the years.
I found Lauren over a decade ago when I was looking for a better place for my senior horse. I quickly realized that her level of horse care and affinity for the animals would be the perfect home for him. His body condition and level of calmness improved quickly once he was moved to her facility. Because of her level of care he lived his last several years in excellent shape, and doing more than I thought possible. Lauren helped show me his true potential, even though he was a senior. In my time with her not only as the barn owner, but as my trainer, employer, and friend I have learned many things and have been able to work with many wonderful horses. Lauren will go above and beyond to make sure you and your horse are happy and well cared for.
If you are looking to do hunter/jumper, you need to check out LCM Equestrians Unlimited. Lauren paired me with a horse that is exceptional. We started with cross rails and are now up to 2'9"-3'. We have gone through a lot of ups and downs, but without Lauren I wouldn't be where I am today with out her. We have fun each lesson.
Well worth it!
